I learned that in Friday's downpour, the hardest and longest it's rained since I moved into Stately Walt Manor in March '06. It really put the "retaining wall" on the east side of my house to the proverbial test.

Since several retraining walls in the Kirkwood area collapsed entirely during the recent storms, I'd be thrilled it's doing the most important part of it's job!
Still, take photos and add it to the list of "things to be done"... the joys of property ownership!
